I've recently had the pleasure of doing some business with family owned apothena.com, a website that specialises in selling organic skincare products online.
I was so thrilled to hear about them from Wild Sage. They have wonderful selection, give free samples with every order, and the service is phenominal! Before Christmas I ordered approximately $100 worth of goodies from them (some were gifts, some for myself). The shipping was free and I received my order in about 3 business days. My order also came with a personalized note thanking me for my purchase.
Who says you can't still get amazing customer service? I know where I'll be shopping from now on.
